I just figured out

the meaning of the song "I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus!" I had no idea that "Santa Claus" was really the little kids father! How ironic! I thought that the "Mommy" was having a hot steamy affair with the fat jolly guy!!! And to think all these years I was so disturbed by the picture that song created in my mind. Oh the things we learn when we grow up!

Another Edition of "Only in Shelbyville"

10:30 a.m., The Salvation Army, 136 E. Washington St. - There were scratches on the back kitchen door.

9:16 p.m., 700 block of Berkeley Drive - A man discovered egg on his truck when he returned from supper and said it had happened once before.

11:56 a.m., 400 block of West Mechanic Street - A woman reported kids - ages 13, 12 and 10 - throwing rocks at her dog. The dog was not injured. The father of the children was informed about the incident.

1:29 p.m., 700 block of Second Street - Woman reported someone had entered a residence she owns sometime since July of this year and trashed it. Paint was thrown everywhere and graffiti was written on the walls. Trash bags were hanging from the living room ceiling fan. A used condom was found inside the back door, which appeared to be the point of entry. Damage appeared to have been done some time ago, and damage was estimated at $3,000 or more.

10:45 a.m. ., 100 block of North Vine Street - Silver cigarette case containing five cigarettes stolen.

3:03 p.m., 700 block of Morris Avenue - A woman reported that a relative had removed decorations and flowers from another relative's grave.

8:11 p.m., Crystal Flash, 1005 N. Riley Highway - An employee of Don's Pizza said he stopped at Crystal Flash for a fountain drink and laid a bank deposit bag on the counter and left without it. A witness saw a man and woman leave with the bag. There were described as a white man wearing a navy blue hooded sweatshirt and a white woman wearing glasses, a gray hooded sweatshirt with red lettering and heavy blue eye shadow. Surveillance tapes will be checked.

Too Funny!
