"You got the right stuff...baby"

Time to break out my old NKOTB memorabilia!
Can you believe it? Neither can I! The New Kids are starting a reunion tour! Unfortunately they are not stopping in Indiana, so I might have to travel out of state to see my beloved Joey! (or as he now calls himself: Joe Mac- which I will never accept) I never thought this day would come! They were my first concert and I will never forget standing on my chair belting out the words to"Hangin' Tough" and "Cover Girl" at age 8! (Although I doubt they were excited that the majority of their fans were still in grade school)

Update

An update on my ever-changing, fast pace life: I finally got the Internet legitimately! I actually have my own password and connection and don't pick up and/or steal from my neighbor's wireless Internet anymore! I was paying $80.00 for cable only and now I pay $59.99 for cable and Internet. What a steal! Now I can post more regularly since my connection won't be interrupted every five minutes! Other than that, I am off work this Saturday night and boy am I excited! I will probably be spending the night with Kelly and Lincoln as usual. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend and please pray that I get into clinicals! (I should be finding out soon!)

I want my mom...

It's only 8:00am and already my day is off to a bad start. After working all night, the only thing that gets me home in one piece is talking on my phone. Now, it's really early and the only people up at that time are my Mom and my sister. (and Jenny on weekends) Well my Mom is off today, so that left Kelly. I got to talk to her for about 10 seconds then her phone lost its signal and that was that. So, what could make me feel better and keep me going? You guessed it, Burger King! Only after I drove there and ordered, homegirl informs me they are out of cini-minis! Second day in a row! Ahhhhhhh...about that time I felt my heart beginning to palpitate and remembered why I don't drink espresso anymore. I was sooooo tired last night that I gave in. Then the nausea set in and I barely made it home. As I was walking up my stairs it happened. I barfed all over my doorway! Am I five years old and unable to make it to the bathroom? Apparently. Afraid that I may do it again, it is still sitting there, untouched. Gross for my neighbors! I think I'll call my Mom and have her come clean it up...just kidding. The only funny part to this story is that the 10 seconds that I did talk to my sister, she informed me of her dream she had last night. She was at a frat party getting seduced by a half -man half -squirrel in the bathtub. I'm not sure I know what she means by seduced, but I probably don't want to know. Oh, and my stomach feels a little better. That's all, I'm done complaining. Over and out.

Why so happy?

Did I mention it's my first weekend off in 17 weeks? I don't think I did. I have big plans already. My mom graduates with her Masters in Nursing Friday evening then we're all going out to dinner. After that, I get to go back to the booming metropolis that is Connersville and stay the night with my sister and this little boy. Saturday night, I'm going to my friend Jeana's for a cookout. I haven't seen my friends forever so I'm beyond excited! I just have to get through one more night of work...
